Q. How do I place the order?

Q. Can I customize an order?

We offer customizations such as change of colours, neckline or sleeve changes and other such adjustments. For any customization requests, we request you to contact us. Click here to get in touch with us. The pricing of the product may vary depending on the customization.

Q. What if my size is different from the sizes mentioned in the size chart?

In case you feel that your size is not in sync with our size chart or if you want to get the outfit crafted in your specific size then you can choose the "Custom Size" option while selecting the size and enter your specific measurements. In case if you want to explain the measurements in detail you can mention it in the order note section on the order placement page or contact us via phone or email and solve your queries.

Q. What if I want to make changes to an existing order?

You can contact us within six hours of placing the order if you want to make any adjustments. If the changes are considered as major changes by us then you may need to pay a certain amount in order for us to execute them. However, if they are minor changes then we will be happy to incorporate them in your existing order. Please note that it will not be possible for us to make any changes in an order once the six hour period from the time of order has passed.

Q. Are there any additional charges for custom size orders?

In case if your measurements do not fall between the standard XS-XXL size chart, there may be additional charges on a case by case basis since our team needs to make specific pattern changes to suit your requirements.

Q. Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

All our products are intricately handcrafted and we ensure that we photograph the products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the colour of the product image you see on the monitor and the actual product delivered to you.

Q. How do I track my order?

In case you want to know the status of your order, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to update you on the status of your order.

Q. What are the accepted modes of payment?

You can pay for an order using our payment gateway on the website. We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets etc. We also accept bank transfers and cash deposits. In case you want to make the payment via net banking or a cash deposit contact us.

Q. What if I want to cancel my order?

All our outfits are made to order and are specific to the client's specifications so it will not be possible for us to cancel any placed orders. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such a case, the amount paid by you will be refunded within the stipulated period of time. For international orders, in case the amount cannot be refunded, store credit of the same amount will be provided to you.

Q. What if I want to exchange the product?

All our outfits are made to order and are specific to the client's specifications so it will not be possible for us to provide any exchanges.

Q. What if there are any alterations required in my product? 

All our products have 3-4 inches of margin. In case if there is any alteration required we will be happy to assist you on a case by case basis. In such situations, you can send back the product and we will alter it for you as per the requirement. Please note that you will have to bear the courier charges for sending back the product. In case of domestic shipping, we will resend back the product free of cost after alterations. However, in case of international shipping, you will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.

Q. What are your delivery options?

We provide free domestic shipping for all our products except for discounted products. In case if you want to pick up the outfit in person, you can collect it from our flagship stores in Delhi and Kanpur. We provide free international shipping for all orders above â‚¹35,000 except for discounted products. Q. What is the standard delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 1-4 weeks depending on the product. You can check the delivery time for each individual product in their respective product page. In case of urgent delivery, please contact us.

Q. What if there are any alterations in the outfit purchased from a multi-brand outlet?

In case if there are any alterations in the outfit purchased from a multi brand outlet please contact the same outlet for assistance.
